How do you carry?

For better or worse I carry my LC9s in a Remora IWB. Easy on/off and tucks nicely between the passenger seat and center console when I'm in the car for extended periods.
 
I dedicated myself to my Full Size M&P 40 as my EDC. I holster in a Galco Leather IWB. I carry at 4 to 5 o'clock. Since I have "Dropped the Weight" I have enough of a drop from my Chest to my Waist that it does not imprint.

I have gotten used to it, Sitting in the Office Chair, Car, Meetings that if I do not wear it, I feel Naked.
 
Like others have mentioned. I carry some version of a S&W J frame, appendix, in a Watchdog Tactical holster. On occasion, i'll carry a CZ RAMI D, appendix, also in a Watchdog Tactical. Either way, I agree with the OP...I want the loaded gun in the holster as much as possible.

I carry a CZ PCR aiwb in a JM Custom holster. Also have one for my G19 that will hopefully fit the new CZ P10c when it arrives.
 
Clinger Stingray. Always me to easily remove the pistol and holster when I must go someplace with a gun buster sign and at the end up the day. Low profile material also adds little to the over all width for easy IWB carry.
 
I carry my M&P Shield in an Alien Gear IWB at 4 o'clock. I have been happy with this holster so far and had tried several other ones before I bought this one. If I am looking for something smaller I carry my Ruger LCP in a pocket holster.
 
IWB full-size pistol (VP9 or 5943 lately). Primarily using a chief Jason IWB holster.

G19 in lowrider IWB; only IWB that I've ever found comfortable. M&P9c in gcode paddle or galco pancake.
 
I carry a G32 (mostly) in an Alien Gear IWB hybrid around 4 o'clock. No need to remove weapon from holster to remove from pants. I carry from the moment my feet hit the floor until my head hits the pillow. Holster and weapon come off together and get placed on nightstand next to Streamlight Stinger flashlight.
 
I carry my NAA 22 mag in my front pocket all the time and my Glock 30 in its Sticky holster and yes i can reholster it without taking the holster out of my waistband. only holster this fatman has ever had that stays where i put it
