I’m serious, we don’t know.

What happened was, scammers were arriving here, no activity on the board, invisible as it were, messaging folks, taking their money, and CFF staff has been trying to figure a way to stop it. Making folks participate on the forum before they can send messages tends to flush out the “dobads".

I think buying a $20 membership does likewise.

So many folks came here after armslist started charging that the place lost a smidge of the charm.
