How to Deal with Climate Activists

The funny in an ironic way thing is that young trees take up much more CO2 (if you believe that is a problem) than older trees. His "do you know how long this tree has been here" stance is actually a justification to cut it down and plant something new.

The videos of “protestors” getting dragged out of the street or vehicles driving right through are so satisfying! The people who stand up to them, risking the ridiculous legal troubles, are heroes in my book.

As much as I want it to be 💯% true, there may be some fabrication here. The activist must have been a champion coconut harvester in his prior job, to be able to scale that limbless tree. But it’s funny and what we really want to happen!

Fake or not.. it’s ballsy. There was a local arborist (years and years of experience in the family business) that was taking a tree down, similar to this one. Unfortunately the tree broke while he was at the top and toppled. He didn’t make it.

I couldn’t imagine a situation where I needed to get a loved one to the emergency room in a life or death situation and these jackwagons are blocking a street. When I got to the emergency room, I would be nice enough to give them a heads up there would be more on the way (some with tire tracks)
