How to remove a hub from a mower?

So the wheel fell off today. Screwed up the rim, studs and the lug nuts. Attempting to remove the hub so I can beat out the studs and replace them. I have removed the center nut, and the metal strap. The hub won't budge. I've got a pry bar, a BFH/mallet, and pb blaster. No access to a torch to heat it up at the moment. Any thoughts?

Gear or hub puller.

You can get a free loaner at the car parts stores. Spray it with PB Blaster or your favorite penetrating spray, let it sit overnight.

There was a key that had to be lined up and I finally found it
Now to find new studs and a new rim. But I think that will be for another day.
