I recently moved to the Spartanburg area last November. Just wanted to know what is the process on selling a handgun in SC; I used to live in MD. Does the buyer and me have to meet at an FFL? Is a Bill of Sale needed? I will be selling my 2 Walthers, a PPQ and a PDP F. And some extra new in the bag mags.
