But in August of 2017 a girl was found guilty of manslaughter after her boyfriend committed suicide - hooked up a generator in the back of his pick up and ran the exhaust into the cab.
There was debate on whether or not she was responsible. It comes down to her telling him to 'get back in' when he said he was scared of it working.
Anyway, that was a quick refresh of the trial.
And now HBO has a 2 part special on the event/trial etc
First part is just over an hour, second is an hour.
I liked it, though, if Im honest, wasnt easy to read all the text on the screen (a lot of texts between the bf and gf, and then gf to others afterwards) when I watched it (just now, during the day). Maybe it'd be easier in a darker room.
But well made, interesting case.
