I've tried to follow the timeline and it has more holes than a window screen.

Weird biological families for both London and Blake
Weird adoptive family
Weird CPS/DPS interactions

Lots of questions and few answers

The best possible outcome is that there was weird stuff going on in the adoptive family household and London took Blake and they fell off the face of the earth together.

The only reason you don't report someone missing is because you know they aren't missing or when people start digging into circumstances, it brings up questions you don't want answered.

The human remains found make both of them getting away unlikely. Maybe one did though.
 
So apparently they adoptive mom didn't file a missing child report for about 2 years ... this just smells very bad.
