I have a sturdy belt around my waist, I wear yoga pants with NO loops.
But your wife isn't nearly as round as I am, from what I remember, so clipping a gun to a belt may not work for her.
It is quite handy when you go to pee, though, not to have a holstered gun on your pants flopping all around. Your belt just stays put around your waist, with your gun attached, and your pants can do what they need to do!
This may not be helpful....sorry.....lol.
I get mine off Amazon, wolf tactical. Basically it velcros so I can loosen it when driving. It has nothing to stick on with yoga pants, I'm not sure what you mean. When I draw, my holster is clipped to the belt and stays put. I agree on belly bands. I tried many carry methods and this works for me.I’m thinking of trying this route. I wear yoga pants all the time. Do you recommend a particular belt that is comfortable against the skin or would “stick” to the yoga pants when drawing? Belly bands are too freakin hot in summer.

Or a G48 in kydex with a plastic clip, on a belt. When they get back in stock... Phlster Enigma.
A PPK is a dense gun to carry with no belt. Given that it’s cardigans-and-coats season for a while, a good shoulder holster might be an option.
Most women I know carrying on-body on a regular basis, without wardrobe modification, are doing so with a small, slim, light gun (G42/G43, LCP, P32, etc.) and a either some sort of (1) gun-mounted clip, (2) “clipless” friction holster, or (3) a kydex holster fitted with an Ulti-Clip.
Interesting minimalist twist on the Crossbreed. I like full access to the grip. https://clingerholsters.com/My wife carries IWB with a Clinger Stingray kydex. Fat clip. Holds well to the waist band of stretch pants.
She carries a Walther CCP.
Can you imagine giving that saddlebag to your wife? Neat concept, terrible gift.
The Ulticlip fits the Quik holsters also.Depends on what I’m wearing will depend on how I carry. Like @hp468 mentioned earlier on I use the undertech leggings or boy shorts if I’m wearing dress pants or something form fitting due to it holding it closer to me. Lately I’ve been carrying appendix with either my flashbang Ava or an kydex holster with the concealment wing. Both of those seem to do a decent job concealing for me. I use them with the ulticlip.

Well so far I have really enjoyed your holster as is. That’s good to know though! The Ulticlip fits the Quik holsters also.
I have a story that got me thinking otherwise. I was in Bud’s at their Pigeon Forge store shopping for a holster that my wife would use to carry her Smith 640 when a hippie type lady came up to me and addressed herself. She was FBI undercover agent working undercover and chose to give me some advice on what to get. She carried her pistol in a purse type arrangement and showed me the proper way to use the purse carry. I’m pretty attentive but she amazed me how she went about with her hand holding the weapon and no way I would have thought such. She gave me a few other valuable pointers on carry as well, I thanked her for her service as she left and proceeded to purchase a purse in her advice. Lots of times in the summer when conceal on the body is not easy the purse is our go to holster. Nothing like having your hand on the grip and nobody knows the difference. At least the uninformed.I discourage off-body carry in all my classes. That said, now that I am working for the state and traveling in a state owned vehicle, I am forced to carry in my pack.
