Installing new sights questions

i have a new possible EDC coming and may want to change sights. I have Heinie Straight 8's on 3 guns and really like them. I have been shooting Tru Dots on a few range guns, but am thinking of changing the factory Tru Dots that come with this gun with Straight 8's to stay consistent on guns I may carry. So, is it worth changing them out, and any suggestions who would be a good choice for switching them out in the Raleigh area? I would like them to be POA like my other sights, and not sure I trust myself to make that happen.

Hopefully it will be the new EDC. That's the plan, but I should probably shoot it first!

HK P30sk. Light LEM trigger with night sights. Should be an easy gun to carry almost all of the time. But I have Straight 8's on my current main carry gun and 2 other guns so thinking about making them all match up. Since I traded for a P30L and bought a 45c from another member I have caught the HK bug to go with my CZ problem.
