Jaws strikes in Maine. For real

It's my understanding that great whites generally don't much care for the taste of humans....but that first nibble is a hell of a thing.

A lot of folks have a tendency to treat the sea like a swimming pool...

It ain’t a pool; it’s nature and nature can be right unforgiving, whether it’s the drink itself or what lives in it.

My 6 year olds favorite movie is Jaws and has been for years. We watch it probably once a month. He watches shark videos on YouTube but only the ones where they attack. He’s a crazy person but that’s his thing.

Ah man, I was all excited for Jaws

Sharks, Grizzly Bears, Bison, Moose, Lions, Tigers and Bears the list goes on and on. When your on their turf your nothing but an irritation and a food source. Leave them the hell alone or suffer the consequences. They are not pets and should be observed from a good distance or you will piss them off, if you piss them off they might hurt you or kill and eat you.

To be or not to be? LUNCH!

Predators come in all sizes. I have 2 outside cats, General Lee and One Eyed Jack. They are great hunter killers. No mice or moles and few squirrels. BUT in the last 3 weeks both have been bitten by a SNEK. One Eyed Jack is confined and doesn't look good. The General is looking porely also.
There's always something meaner around the corner....

Well, I can say for sure that I won't be dying from a shark attack. A bear, bison or mountain lion, maybe but it definitely will not be from a shark.

Poor babies, I hope to peek in at them Sunday.:(

Was off NC coast two weeks ago. Aeolus, Schurz, and the U352. Several Sand Tigers and one asshole Bull were seen.

The Bulls are the ones to watch for around here! They are known man eaters and get out of hand in a hurry! I’ve been trying to dive the U-85 for the last couple years and not made it yet! I get out there and there’s only 2 dive shops in the Nags Head-Kittyhawk area and neither of them do regular trips there. Let me know the next time you head east to dive. I’ve got a group that dives regularly.
