Was scanning the news blurbs this afternoon and ran across this article and just lost it!

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/t...tary-style-weapons/ar-BBJqtO0?ocid=spartandhp

It's just about how Americans LOVE military-style weapons - especially the AR15.

Many Americans can simply go online and order weapons for delivery. AR-15s vary in price but can be bought for as little as $500.

The National Rifle Association (NRA) touts them for recreational target practice, hunting and home defense, although experts question their value for the latter two uses.

Part of the reason for assault weapons' popularity in America is that they are widely customizable, with owners able to add scopes, large-capacity magazines and a plethora of other accessories.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives doesn't know how many assault weapons there are in America – they are prohibited by federal law from keeping a gun registry database.

WHERE can I get an AR15 "online" for $500 and have it delivered TO ME??? It HAS to go through an FFL, but they don't report that.....making the average reader think ARs are that easy to get.

What "experts" question the use of ARs for hunting and home defense? Moms Demand Action???

You can add scopes etc to ANY hunting rifle as well as other "accessories". I even changed out the bottom metal of my Rem 700 so it would take a magazine in place of the internal mag.

Don't tell me the BATFE doesn't know how many "assault" (full auto) weapons are out there since they DO keep a registry of full auto tax stamps you have to get to own a full auto "assault weapon". (Unless you own one illegally).

I don't think I've seen one POSITIVE piece of reporting by the MSM about the right to keep and bear arms since the Florida school shooting. There was one (maybe two) deputies armed and on duty at the school who failed to act and now there are SIX cops protecting the coward's house to keep him safe.

That snowball rolling downhill towards American Revolution II is getting bigger and bigger, faster and faster.

Pray for Peace, but Prepare for War.

Purposely vague and misleading.

As you stated I would be suspect of their "experts".

I don't see anything negative in this statement or anything that would make the weapon more lethal than any other.

Isn't this the way it's supposed to be?

As for waiting for MSM to publish anything resembling a positive story about gun, I wouldn't hold my breath. Only "fringe media" and "far right" outlets report on such things.

Your mistake was thinking a media outlet with a left wing agenda, that covers for the Clinton crime syndicate, that worships at the shrine of Marx is going to tell you the truth. Once you are at peace with that reality, it all becomes quite clear what they're up to.

anyone paying 500 or more for an AR is not getting their moneys worth. PSA can hook you up with everything cept a lower for around 300. throw an anderson lower from primary arms for 46 shipped. bam under 350, 375 depending on your FFL transfer cost
