CFF has a BST, and you can certainly be here just for that. It also has a vibrant community where people trade knowledge, meet up, stuff like that. Some people, I think, felt rubbed the wrong way by the assumption that it's just for BST. This forum spawned after a previous forum sold out to a company from Canada, and became a glorified BST, lost the community.

There has been an influx of people, and some people feel that the sense of community is being lost by the influx of people only in it for the BST, and wish that those people would interact more, as it makes them more trusted to wheel and deal with, less chance of running into a flaky/bad/untrustworthy person.

I hope you get involved, and find we're a buncha nice guys to hang around with. But if you just want to BST, more power to you, and welcome to the forum!
