Applies to ALL CA law enforcement and Federal LE working in CA as well. Ban of semi-auto rifles? LEO's need to start carrying bolt actions only. They're never going to do anything to inhibit the ability of their Sturmabteilung to keep the little people in line. After all if the little people rules applied to the More Equal Animals they might not want to enforce them anymore.
