Left Handed Ruger 10/22

As a lefty shooter this is....a solution looking for a problem to solve.

I too am a southpaw and the only issue that I personally have with a standard 10/22 is the safety, but there are aftermarket parts that will covert the safety to left handed operation.

I guess Ruger perceived this as a nice they could fill... and voila!

I'm waiting on the rest of the gun to be approved. I have a 16inch integral yhm barrel going in it.
Have you ever had an issue with right hand ejection on a semi-auto? The ONLY time it's been an issue for me is with suppressed subsonic ARs. I built a 300BLK lefty for that purpose. My other semi-auto suppressed SBRs are right hand eject and have never been an issue.

I haven't. I was just looking to build something different. This isn't a left hand rifle. The ejection port is on the right side of the receiver and it will continue to eject from the right side. This just allows me to charge with the left hand without reaching across the rifle. Especially if im shooting crappy ammo that is prone to f2f/fte

Well I paid the Gunbroker price for one of the lefty 10/22s this week. I pick it up tomorrow. Pics to follow. I need to find some decent glass for it. Any recommendations for a "rimfire" scope?

Picked up one at LGS last week. Need a range trip. Also looking for scope suggestions.
