Recce 5 Mod 3 with ~500 rounds on a 16" barrel:

Innovative Arms 5.56 "Grunt" spending ~1500 rounds on a 16" and 500 rounds on an 18":

Innovative Arms 7.62 "Deception". ~250 rounds on a 16" .308 and ~ 200 rounds on a 10.5" 5.56mm AR. Note despite the lesser firing schedule compared to the 5.56, the erosion starting on the blast baffle due to the shorter barrels and the extreme heat/unburnt powder:

The wear on my .22 and 9mm cans aren't worth mentioning

Interesting. Are the materials in the blast baffles all the same in the various cans?

Is that question specific to 11B CIB's post? Or just a general question?

generally you have a mix of stainless, inconel and stellite in a collection of cans, with the occasional aluminum for rimfire...but I'm not 100% sure for the three pictured...

Yes, specific to his post. The wear on the first BB looks negligible while the others show some quite noticeable wear.

The wear on the two 5.56 cans (Griffin and Innovative Arms) is nearly immeasurable

The blast baffle on the 7.62 can isn't worn away material, but the surface sort of pock marked. Very common with short barreled rifles where brake mounts are not used (I have FH mounts). The brakes are helpful because they act as a sacrificial baffle that's replaceable.

Im fairly sure all three of them are 17-4ph steel; the Griffin can has individual baffles whereas the Innovative cans are monocores with zero internal welds.

Heres a picture than IA put on their Facebook a couple years ago:

I like to take them periodically to make sure that they are not wearing down rapidly, and to also check for strikes

That last oblique angle shot shows that it may be more deposit than erosion...

Not technically a blast baffle, but this is one of the baffles from my Salvo 12.

Blast baffle from AAC M4-2000

This is the cone baffle from a Noveske Flaming Pig on a 7.5" rifle. It is starting to see some erosion.

Tagged, as I will dig out my suppressors and snap some pictures sometime.

11B CIB I know the Deception is 17-4 SS. Once of the reason I got it. I have ran mostly 6.8 through and not even 20 rounds of 308. My 300blk is coming closer to completion and that is going to be a different story

My F1 can has 17-4 SS baffles, and it shrugs off 22lr and 223/556 hasn't affected it yet but only put about 40 rounds of that through it,

Blast baffle??? Let's see those end caps.

Yeah, @kcult Let's see an end cap close-up

Here's my Recce 5 around a thousand. Not much going on. The interesting pattern on the blast wall is from the flash hider and the flames that come out between the tines:

She's looking a little rough around the edges but she's just getting started. Nothing a rattle can can't fix

After 1K or so on a Mk18 with a 3 prong flash hider mount and 2-300 on a 20 inch bolt action 308 brake mount. She is starting to show the abuse.
