.45acp @78 grain yielding 1900 fps. Looks like an aluminum hollow point round. Frequent flyer at the LGS swears by it. Any thoughts? I would take a picture, but man this Samsung tablet camera SUUUUUUUCKS!

I have a hard time buying into any of the bullets that claim to make something near magical happen once they hit something. They make work great but I'll stick to a more traditional hollow point for SD.
I'm also not a fan of super light, super fast bullets.

I'm interested in this too. May be better than my 230 +P hps

I carry them in just about everything I have. Hard to argue with the velocity those things reach! Very accurate and they hit hard as hell. Even if they don't open up like a claw, the power will knock the target to the ground! I sold on them.

Wonder how they would be in a close (say 10 yds or less) shot on deer? Not sure I would trust a shoulder shot.

Umm, you guys do realize there's a reason whey you don't see these boutique cartridges being used by "any" law enforcement agency right? Does Liberty have any data on actual shootings to justify their claims?

Not to be a dick, but a super light, fast 45 round is not knocking anyone down to the ground from power. Sorry.

Tell you what. I think I may go hunting this coming week. If I get a shot on something at 7 yds or less, I will take it and report the result. (Unless I am out all evening tracking a wounded deer). I am now very curious about the hype. I know that Buffalo Bore will get the job done, but this stuff is not the same bird.
