Long term storage egg powder

Anybody got any suggestions? Too many choices out there now. My hens have gone on a laying moratorium and are headed to the butcher block next spring when new pullets come in.

been using augason farms. dont notice a difference when used for baking, and depending on the use there is little difference as "fresh" eggs either (scrabbled you need to whip lots of air into them, french toast, no difference)

Valley Food Storage had some that were not too bad. Think they are still sold out at the moment though.

1 tablespoon of ground flax seed to 2.5 tablespoons of water and for recipes you will never know the difference.
