Looking for a rental (housing) commuting to Durham.

My girlfriend and I are going to need to find somewhere else to live soon. She has a decent job in south west Durham and would like to keep it.

We don't have a lot of money and are having a really hard time finding something we can afford. We would be ok with a single wide trailer, duplex or even a 1br studio apartment. Would really prefer a trailer or duplex. Two adults. two well behaved adult cats. No kids.

We're trying to find something under $800/month and less then an hour from her work.

If anybody has a decent lead on something good I would really appreciate it.
