Jim Kelly in Darlington can fix it with his eyes closed. You could ship or take it to him Or use the CFF railway when someone up your way is coming to Battery Oaks. I’ll be glad to take it to him If you can’t find a good smith closer

To my understanding an armorer replaces parts, a gunsmith can make and replace parts.
