Looking for relatively local 1911 service

I have a TRP 1911 full rail (as seen in profile picture) and I am looking to have some work done

1. Full hard chroming
2. The bottom frame sticks less than 1mm past the slide. I’d like to get that ground even.

I would really like to avoid shipping as this one means a lot to me. Looking for somewhere central NC or even a bit further where I can place this in someone’s hand and pick up.
