Saw them twice, for those about to rock tour and flick of the switch tour, great band, hate he passed, rip Malcolm

He's in a better place now. Suffered from dementia for the last 3 to 4 years. Terrible way to go. Great band with staying power if nothing else. Never saw them live but my girlfriend at the time (now my wife) snuck off with her wild ass girl friends to Charlotte to see them on the Back In Black tour with new singer at the time Brian Johnson. that was like 37 years ago.

Also, I posted it on the old location, but I had some pics from a Daytona 24 from a few years ago - ACDC had sponsored a car, the "Highway to Help" car and it was an org they had that was set up to research dementia and Alzheimers

Again, rest in peace, wrote some memorable songs
My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Rest In Peace Mr. Young

Dang ... I thought Angus was the suck one. Bet Bon was waiting to greet him!

Saw them on the Stiff Upper Lip tour in Orlando. Had a physics lab the evening of the concert, so I was doing he nerdy astute thing and going to the lab—also under threat of anyone caught skipping the lab would be failed for the semester. A buddy was hounding me to skip and go to the show. I finally gave in...went to the bathroom, splashed a bunch of hot water on my face, and came back saying I just puked my brains out and needed to go home. We went straight to the local Ticketbastard outlet and bought best available without even looking at them. Raced downtown, ran into the arena just a few minutes before they took the stage. The ushers took us down...down...down...five friggin rows from the stage!!!

They were louder than hell and even more entertaining. Angus’ antics were awesome. One of my best concert experiences.

It sucked to hear about Malcolm’s troubles a few years ago. Followed by Brian’s ear trouble which prompted Axle Pose to stand in. I hope the guys hang it up gracefully and don’t limp this thing along. Go out on top as one of the best.

There's no real choice to continue now. With Mal, Phil, Brian and Cliff (retirement) gone, there's nothing left. They only finished off with Rose to honor this past tours' commitments.

I hope they see this and don't pull a Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Yeah me too. It would be nice if they could put a couple of one and done shows together maybe, but only if they could get the core 4 along with Stevie to do it.

Other than that, no.

Angus is so forever associated with the character he created, though. Not sure what he can put together on his own as a solo or related projects.
