Just fell down a rabbit hole watching an old luthier do his thing. It’s almost an hour long so go get a beer, or two, and enjoy it if yer into that kind of thing. Lot’s of cool power tools (to me, anyway)

I’ve attempted some of this work myself in the past, on a very menial level, so I pay a pro on a pricey instrument.

ETA: at 38:15 he makes a new saddle for the bridge out of antler. cool
