I earned several Mepps Minnows as a younger man. I also sold tails to guys at school & they would tie em on their car antennas. If I got a coon that wasn’t up to par pelt wise I’d sell the tail.

I hate I'm just hearing about this now. All these years I've been using squirrel tails for dog toys. Hope Elvis and Watson don't mind but it's gonna be back to tennis balls and old socks till I can get some free lures.
