From reading the label I see that Yoda got his weird sentence phrasing from the US Army.

Not sure yet. I will pick up a battery and give it a go. I removed the circuitry pack and it appears to have not been damaged, so my guess is it will work. If it does not, I have a guy who says he can fix it. The manual has a schematic and all the original part numbers.
