I made this 32 cal suppressor for a for a customers 1903 Colt and was out of bigger stock for the end caps so I grabbed an old stub of barrel stock. Machined the end caps and blued the tube and then remembered the barrel I used was stainless steel. Won't blue. I polished them up a bit and was about to machine a set from silicon bronze which I though might fit the gun but the owners like whoa stop right there. I'll take it :). Kind of gave me the idea to use some uncommon metals for caps on a few . I thinking polished bronze would look nice. Too much tactical crap out there. Sitting on a buckmark because I dont have an 03 Colt :). IMG_3038.JPG

I do like gold/bronze colored stuff. I opted for the H900 treated Griffin Plan A adapter this last go around in lieu of the nitride finish for once.
