More vertical AR grips?

After having surgery on my wrist back in January, it doesn’t look like I’ll be regaining 100% of flexibility/mobility back into it. Im still trying to get there but I can already tell my standard Magpul MOE grips aren’t gonna cut it

I need something slightly more vertical grip to keep it from aching after a few minutes.

The B5 Systems Type 22 P-Grip looks promising along with the BCM Gunfighter Mod 0.


Any others worth looking into?

Big fan of the BCM and have them on most of my rifles. I have a B5 that I personally dont really care for, the texture is a bit lacking for me.

Not sure if youve had any hands on time with the BCM stuff, but we're close enough that you could try before you buy if you'd like.
 
I love the B5 and have them on all mine.
It has a nice fat profile I like.
I do put 3m grip tape strip on front. I’ve noticed the newer design has much grippier panels on sides and front strap now.

If you have both, I’d love to see them side by side if possible. Could meet up this coming weekend at some point if you’re free. Gonna try to shoot for the first time since my accident Saturday AM provided no rain but after that I’m free both days

I like the angle of the grip and am familiar with the magpul grip texture but that chonky beaver tail appearance…I know function over fashion but that just really draws my eye in lol

I had the hex mag grip one a gun a few years ago, it is adjustable, so if you get better flexibility you can adjust the angle of the grip instead of swapping grips back. 17° 25° and 33°
