Mushrooms are popping up everywhere

My google-fu returns Leccinum Bolete but I have zero credibility on this so I'm basically just tagging to see the correct answer.

I do not recognize those as anything edible.
Thanks for the reply, sorta figured they were poison. After the storm came through our woods are full of these spores, it would be interesting to know from where they originated.

Lol I live in Troutman area that was all. But since the big rain last week I've had a few more than normal pop up.

Just to be friendly, I live in the southern part of "North By-God Iredell" county; Cool Springs area.

How do you prepare yours? I am contemplating dehydrating half of it and using it soups and such. But it's pretty good sliced thin and fried with butter.
 
I noticed going to the stand these are everywhere, I've a 30' diameter area covered with them.
What are they & are they edible?
