My first Japanese whiskey

Good friend. Tell us how it tastes. I haven’t been real impressed with what I can find state side.

It's not what I think that I would have purchased especially for $150. More of a collectable for me .Not something that I will partake of very often. Fruity flavors ,tastes like wintergreen with a burn on the back side. Very tasty though.

My first wife broke me from talking "what something costs" as a gift....She said [you might wanna write this down]...You know the Cost of Everything and the VALUE of Nothing.
Your gift here was and Is Invaluable...simply because you brought it for Me.

Perzackly.

Cost is just a budget constraint, no more and no less.

Our oldest daughter once told me "Daddy, your hard to shop for! I never know what to get you for Christmas. "

We were in Sears at the time and I said "I'll let you in on a secret." Then we went to the Craftsman section. I swung my arms wide and said "TA-DAH!"

"But I don't know what you already have!"

"Here's another secret... it doesn't matter! You don't have to buy anything expensive or extravagant. There is ALWAYS room in my toolboxes for another screwdriver or pair of pliers. It's really not about what you get me anyway, it's the fact that it came from YOU that matters."

"I can look back on all the little gifts that you and your brother and sister ever gave me and what makes them valuable to me is that each one of them tells me a story about you guys at that age."

The value of my friendships are invaluable. They cannot be bought. But I think you misinterpreted why I said what it cost. I find it hard to believe that someone would spend that much for a bottle of booze for Me. . Just like gifts I gave you . They mean a lot to you as well as what your friendship means to me ..You can't put a price on friends. Merry Christmas to you and Ronnie Sue.
