So I have a standard bcg from PSA and was running a regular generic buffer tube and spring. I recently bought a Geissele H2 buffer and spring. I’m running a 10.5 ar pistol. Do I need to get a new bcg (will in the future) or would I be fine for now? Thanks in advance.

Just asking…what would make you think your current BCG wouldn’t work? And what replacement would you buy to fix exactly what problem?

Almost every AR I have uses a standard BCG from PSA (Toolcraft makes all, or at least most, of them)…with a variety of buffers and springs.

Here's what you do in the future.....put it all together and test fire it. If it disintegrates, you need to make a change. If it shoot's, all's well!

Stop overthinking stuff! @BigWaylon don't have time for this! He has NFA forms to fill out!

Just messin around dude. Couldn't help it.;)

Edit for this, there is a wealth of knowledge here that these guys are more than happy to share. You're in the right place!
