If I can answer any specific questions for you please ask away. I have over 4500 rounds through my 365 and honestly it may be over 5k rounds by now, but after the 4500 mark I have quit paying close attention to how much Ive shot it. I have had ZERO malfunctions. On occasion the slide will fail to lock back on an empty mag, but I would bet my last dollar that's my grip and not the guns fault, but even if it were the guns fault that's not a feature I'm worried about in a pocket gun.
Mine was born on 30 March 2018 so its a fairly early model, it has had primer drag since the first shot and I'm sure if I go shoot it right now every spend case will have primer drag on it, but its just not an issue. The very first time I took it to the range the day after I bought it I ran 500+ rounds through it, no issues at all, and I have carried it every single day since, either in my cargo shorts pocket or IWB, depending on the weather and what Im wearing.
The finish is holding up extremely well, the X-ray night sights are just as bright as they were on day one, and it is just as accurate as it was from the first mag through it. Sig recommends replacing the recoil spring assembly at the 2500 round mark as general maintenance but Im still on my original one and don't plan to change it out any time soon as it still feels about as tight as it did when new. I have 4 of the 12 round mags plus the two 10 round mags that came with it and they all function perfectly.
I am a trigger snob, all of my competition guns have aftermarket trigger kits in them, and I can say the trigger in my 365 is perfect just the way it is. Its very smooth, and light enough to be very shootable but not so light as to be a concern for a carry piece. I have shot 3 matches with it, a couple IDPA's and a steel challenge, and it performed very well.
Not sure if you reload your own ammo but if you do you will enjoy loading for the 365. I haven't met a bullet profile it doesn't feed like a champ and the chamber is very roomy so load length is not an issue. It shoots lead and jacketed equally accurately.
Bottom line for me, its the best pocket gun Ive ever had or shot. I can shoot it faster and more accurately than the others, and as a bonus it carries a bunch more rounds. I was purposely hard on it from the get go, shooting it dirty, dry, getting it real hot doing mag dumps, nothing has made it hiccup yet. My wife and 10yr old son have also put trouble free rounds through it. It does seem to fit my hands extremely well, almost like Sig molded it for me personally, Im certain that helps the shootability for me.
