Anybody look at Negative Feedback recently? Another newbie. I feel for the guy considering his problem, but... Probably momma said, "You're sopposed to sell that stuff, not trade it." Been there, heard that. I did it anyway.
 
Ok I asked a mod but didn't get an answer so I'll ask here because I'm not clear. If city puns lives in rock hill how could they do a trade for firearms in Salisbury? Would both guns have to be either processed at an ffl in each state or shipped? I've never been totally clear on out of state stuff.

Not the first instance of it occurring and should’ve known better

Handguns would have to be transferred in each of the buyer’s states. If it had been long guns, or one of each, they could’ve handled it at a single FFL.
