New and Revised CMP Rules for 2022 Released « Daily Bulletin

CMP 2022 Competition Rules Are Now Available Article based on report by Gary Anderson, DCM Emeritus The CMP has posted updated 2022 rulebooks on the CMP website. The CMP competition program began in 1996 with two disciplines, Service Rifle and Service Pistol.

I see that CMP is now mandating eye/ear pro in the pits when pulling targets for highpower.

just rambling here, but I'm on the fence with this... I've been hit with shattered spindles before, so I can see a need for eye pro. But mandating ear pro when you're 200+ yards away from the firing line? Folks on the ready line don't have to wear eye/ear pro and they're closer to the shooting.

All done in the name of safety, I guess.
