New carb but a question.

I bought a new carb for my pressure washer (thanks for the tip @Jeppo) It came with darn near everything.

I have a question about the rabbit/turtle lever.

When I move it to rabbit, a mechanism on top moves, but when I move it back to turtle, the mechanism doesn't return. I guess it may not matter, if I'm not wanting turtle power, but shouldn't something make it move back?

The video was with the old carb, but action is the same with the new carb.

Iirc the governor ( when running) will send it back to turtle.

You have to be making reving engine noises for it work properly!



As stated above governor does the dirty work.

I put it all back together and it works.

I only let it run for a couple of minutes then shut it off. Then, I topped off the tank and attached the surface cleaner.

Time for a real world test.
