Hello everyone!

Just wanted to say hi, I am currently a very active forum member of 1911Addicts, and I was told to head over here as my wife and I are PCSing to Jacksonville in May!

We are both active in the practical shooting arena, love pistol and long guns, and even enjoy trap and sporting clays!

We have lived in NC years ago, and we are going to be looking for a range and like minded people to talk to and shoot with!

Thank you so much sir! Where would you recommend I post to see if anyone can direct me to a range where I can shoot practical pistol in/around Jacksonville NC

Welcome incoming neighbors. I’m in N Topsail just a very short aircraft ride from LaJuene as all the choppers, Ospreys and other aircraft will remind you. Oohhh let’s not forget all the artillery that literally shakes the house will remind you.

Unfortunately there isn’t a formal range close by for us civvies. I do know of a couple of gravel pits that we can shoot some informally.
 
Hey everyone, the name is Chris! I made an account, did the introduction thread, PCSd to NC with the wife, had an accidental baby, and now its 15 months later so I thought I would say hi again!!

I’m retired Army, we are on our last PSC for my wife who is active duty Navy. We are stationed at Camp Lejeune and we live in Peletier!

Lucky enough to have just built a home range and I love doing competitions with the wife! She prefers 2 gun and Rifle and I prefer IDPA and USPSA, so we compromise and shoot as many as we can!

We have shot at Flatwoods and John is wonderful! One of the first to make us feel welcomed back to NC!

We just came in from VA and Cali before that!!

I’d love to shoot with anyone in the Swansboro/Peletier/Jacksonville area!!

Again, I’m happy to be here(again!)
