I just picked up this 3913 NL (a Lady Smith for those of us who can't handle "Lady Smith" etched on the slide). It is in near new condition despite being from sometime in the early 1990s (as determined by the serial number and early 3rd Gen features). I paid significantly less than the average Gunbroker price for it, and it doesn't have any import marks like a lot of the similar guns available now.
I carried a regular 3913 (not a NL) in the 1990s from the time I got my carry permit in 1995 until I got distracted by other guns a few years later. I've always missed it. My preference has always been DA/SA, metal frame, hammer fired guns for carry; but those aren't so much of a thing anymore. Mags cost more than they used to, but I bought a few spares (it only came with one unfortunately). I ordered a new black grip since the gray doesn't really work for me, and I found a holster maker with a good reputation that makes an AIWB holster. Once I function test it with some carry ammo I will be back to carrying in the 1990s, well except for not being young, thin, or handsome like I was then...
