Wise words of advice.Nice...
Just a word of education from a former camper owner. Put that under some type shelter. The NC sun is hell on roofs and the plastic parts up there.
After much feet dragging and wife ignoring, I finally bought her, I mean us, a camper.
It was somewhere in NC, sitting in a field. The young feller lived in it for several months, but met a lady and wants to buy a house. How bad does he want the house? The paperwork says he paid $25300 in July 2019 for a 2020 Flagstaff Micro Lite 25FKS. Today, he took 145 Ben Franklins from me.
He was asking $19000. We thanked him for his time. He text and asked if we would go $17000. We said we were going to keep looking. He text us two days later and said $15000. We offered him $14000 the next morning. He said he couldn't go that low and asked if we could do $14500. We said yep.
It needs a good scrubbing on the outside and dusting on the inside, but so far, we're pleased.

Congrats on your new home! Your wife was probably real eager for YALL to buy the camper. Betting it won't be long before your ass will be spending a lot more time in it than her and it will be sitting in the yard. Ask me how I know. Word of advice. Go ahead and get a cable or satellite hook up in the yard. You can use the excuse that a few buddies will be coming over to watch the game or race and have a few beers. Be pro active. When your ass gets sent outside, have the fridge stocked and the cable hooked up. When the heat is one, it can be a paradise away from home and don't even leave the yard!!!After much feet dragging and wife ignoring, I finally bought her, I mean us, a camper.

Guns and ammo will fall in your lap too if you are patient. You never find the good stuff when you are looking for it!We've already had a camper and took it out at least once a month, even during the winter. Kinda needed an upgrade once she bought a dog that was big enough to need turn signals on it.
We sold it during the summer to a couple that seemed to want one pretty bad. Then, I just lounged around until another fell in my lap.
I wish it worked that way for me with guns and ammo.

You need one. What determines whether I need a weight distribution hitch or not? Or do I need one, regardless?
It might not be too easily seen in the picture in the OP, but the rig seems to sit fairly level.
Had to break it in right? That little window in front of the word micro leaks. Spent about an hour in it yesterday during the torrent.
I’ve got one for sale if you need one. Jus sayin. Shoot me a pm if interested. What determines whether I need a weight distribution hitch or not? Or do I need one, regardless?

For the window leak, you just gonna replace the gasket? Wondering how hard those would be to change if neededThe first pic doesn't really show how dirty this thing was, but it was sitting in the middle of a field dirty.
Clean.
