Happy 60th birthday to me, coming up. Her name is Orange Crush. In 3 hrs she knocked down close to half of a reinforced block wall that was failing.

She's a Beast I believe only a Baby Boomer can use. She's way too much Gal for them Wilted-Strawberry-Lives-With-Mommy Generations that followed.

Hoo Ahh! Smash that wall!

Time for 6 year maintenance. So with help from Orange Crush to break the clay, I dug up the Farm Pond. Tanker next week to relocate the Brown Trout.

Wife's commentary, "Nice. Not a single chisel mark on the top.". How's that for observant......

Finished busting down both my walls. All the tension is off the foundation, safe again. Insurance wouldn't fix it unless the foundation was damaged by fire or explosion. But under $200 and under 20 hrs work, its all in but the clean up and moving yards and yards of dirt. 34 years ago, Buck built one heckofa house. That wall was block, with rebar and concrete filler. But,no match for Orange Crush.

Anybody needs a jack hammer, shout out. I've been transformed into a Tyrant-as-sore-as and officially done breaking block walls.

As for the job.....I'm getting too old for this stuff.

Right now, rain is sloping it. Soon I'll get the tractor out and cut the slope back and more than quadruple my backstop. And I sold the jack for $100 so my total cost to remove the wall was $39.
