Hello,
Just wanted to show off my first Yugo AK. I have purposefully steered away from them for years because I wasn't wild about the lack of parts compatibility with other AKs but I have slowly come around to appreciating their uniqueness and history. Found a CHEAP non-matching M70 UF kit on the files (Apex was apparently selling them a few years back). The parts looked bad but they all spec'd fine so @digitalpaladin10 said it was good to go and ordered a Tortort milled receiver and he put it all together. He even had his laser guy etch Zastava logo and selector marks. I think he and I were both happy with the receiver overall and it was hard as a rock, but I did have to mill a little material out of the magwell to get it to fit all surplus mags. I called Tortort and they said they had a bad batch they knew about the issue a few years back (seems to me you would have went back and fixed those since you knew about the issue but water under the bridge, its good now).
