Nitro cold brew coffee

so I’m looking for folks that have experience converting over to a nitro system vs a co2

is all I need nitro regulator and food grade nitrogen?

I drank it for a couple months, then I lost interest. Maybe starting with something better than Starbucks coffee would draw me back in.

I didnt brew my own which is part of the issue so I moved to a table top setup and I’m selling my kegerator. Would be nice for someone wanting to have the small kegs of beer.
