The first coming of the Messiah was foretold by 4 feasts in the spring….

Is it possible the second coming is foretold by the feasts of the fall (harvest season)?

Rosh Hoshana is triggered by a new moon in the fall. It is not on any specific day, nor does it begin any specific hour.

We’ve also read and heard that a trumpet would split the eastern sky.

Rosh Hashana means “feast of the trumpets”.

What a day that will be!!

The signs foretold in the Bible are everywhere. There is absolutely a convergence happening right before our eyes.

But you left out the plagues (Covid) and earthquakes!

After the Passover meal Jesus was answering questions concerning end times. You can read this for yourself in Matthew 24. I am focusing in on verses 12 to 14.

My paraphrase: Wickedness increases and creates a loss of love in the heart. Those who stand firm to the end will be saved. When the whole world has heard the gospel according to the kingdom then the end will come.

Read this for yourselves. When everyone has heard, then He will be back. There are people who are working to make this happen. The house church movement is alive and well which reaches people who will never set foot in a church. Those who are truly lost and those who have been hurt by the church are a target group.

Sow the seeds of the gospel as you go. You never know who the last person who needs to hear the gospel is. Did we miss the opportunity for Jesus to come back today? With the ability to travel and the communication systems we have now there is no reason why the world hasn't been reached. We are closer today than the world has ever been.

Be ready. He's coming.

Right! I understand that, but Jesus told his disciples to watch for the signs, and that they would be plentiful. I don’t think any Christian can deny the convergence of stuff going on in the world! Including natural disasters!

We need to be steadfast and continue to spread the gospel!!

I believe the signs will speak for themselves and won’t need anyone to point them out. Just like the coming of Christ. There’ll be plenty of imitators. But you’ll know when it’s the real deal. And no fancy-haired, slick tongued, well dressed man will need to tell me.
