I have an old pelican rifle case that I’ve had for about 10yrs. I broke the wheel on it awhile back and finally got around to making a warranty claim for it. Pelican let’s you select which parts you need and they will ship it out. So I selected that I needed replacement wheels and uploaded the pics of my broken ones. This was Saturday, and today I came home to big box on my porch. They sent me a whole brand new case!

They are amazing. They did the same for me several years ago. I had an original case that only had the Pelican and the city/state on it. She said she didn't think that it was their case, but send it back for a warranty. I did, it was and had a new case a week later.
