Old Dodge truck

Buddy of mine was out West for the last week-and-a-half visiting places like Bryce Canyon. Sent me a video of this nice old Dodge truck. One of the coolest looking ones I’ve ever seen.

Very nice early ‘62ish W-300 crew. By the exhaust and what little else we can see under it that’s no your Grandpa’s Dodge.

The exhaust looks diesel. Right at 0.24, you might be seeing an intercooler thru the grill instead of a radiator, but it's hard to say for sure.
Anybody recognize those hubs? Is that some hot rod stuff, or is it just the wheels?

Yeah, I've watched this about 20 times now.

Just looks like XD wheels to me, they have covers that bolt/screw on to cover the lugs
