huge increase in the presumptive conditions that will be granted when filing service connection claims, and for combat veterans that didnt enroll for va healthcare within 5yrs of their date of discharge (and were rejected due to income), there will be a 1yr grace period that you will be allowed to come in no questions asked.

for those that were rejected, i highly recommend you enroll if for nothing else to keep this in your back pocket in case of major health issues.
