Parker hammergun color casing

Prepping and coloring a Parker top lever hammergun today. Hope it turns out nice. This gun is pretty desirable since it is a 12ga on a #1 frame size. The smaller the frame size number, the smaller the frame size. So, this 12 would act more like a 16. 30” damascus barrels. Nice! Not mine though.

The picture above is of the parts annealed and polished. Currently cooking at 1400 degrees for a couple hours, then 1250 for an hour, and then the quench.
