Anybody have one? Just got ours delivered today and I hopped on and did a 10min class then a 15min HIIT ride and I am absolutely smoked.

My wife, her two sisters and Mom all have them. They love them. I think my wife has over 300 rides on hers. It’s like a cult to say the least.
Not really for me but the few times I did try it I was exhausted at the end.

Alot of people at work bought them when they were dolling out 1st responder discounts. Two people I know use it religiously, twice a day. Other people I assume it has moved to a clothes rack like much every other piece of exercise equipment. It's not for me, however I would like a Hydrow.

I am interested in the weight unit that goes on the wall and uses resistance training. Something like that for myself and daughter would work magic.
I have a few friends and coworkers that use them, from cyclists to CrossFit guys. The equipment seems good but they hit a grand slam on the social engagement aspect IMO. People really get hooked to these workouts, training with certain trainers, friends, certain classes, etc.
