Injust looked at the website and the lack of colors is crazy. My orange one and my tan one arent available anymore 🙁
I do like the gray and teal, though 🙂

I think he’s referring to the Savior Covert bag…which only comes in black, tan and olive.
 
Forget about colors, I think the Savior Coverts style makes it look somewhat tactical and less like a discreet hiking/day pack.

Vertx are great. A friend has the Gamut, it’s a solid bag and worth the price IMO. Woot has Vertx every so often if you’re patient and want a deal.
 
Any bag at an Academy like store similar to these? Going to the store In Mooresville today.

I just need it to look plain, hold a 10.5" with KAK. Only needs to open a few times for some maintenance. The last time it is opened it will be discarded on the roadside.

I don’t think so. I went to Academy, Bass Pro, Dicks, yes Dicks, and Walmart. Any and all knapsacks, even the ones that looked larger were never more than 20” deep, and for a 10” barrel I needed 26” deep.

Even a 7” barrel wouldn’t fit in anything I looked at, except for the tennis racket cases and all these pricey bags that have been discussed here. I am sure you get what you pay for with these nice bags, I just want to be sure this blaster fits my carry routine before I blow $150-$250. The tennis racket case fits the gun, and can carry a half dozen standard capacity mags, especially if the tennis racket case has a zipped second full size compartment. Some of them are $75-$100, but I found one that was not neon pink for $30 at Dicks.

Very un-tacticool but it seems like it will hold things on the journey from the house to the car to the range and back. It's a little too wide, but I'll probably wrap the pistol in an old towel in the bag which will take up some of the slack.

… the pickle ball -esque suggestions are priceless as the more time we spend on the Gulf Coast of FL the more and more those types of bags are very, very commonplace …

…I rarely tire of discussing / learning new options for discreet carry …

My issue with most of these bags is that they have to hold the AR pistols and the stuff that is already in my get home bag. If I have to get out of the car and hoof it back to somewhere I need to be able to carry both. 99.999% of the time I would have to take the AR pistol with me I am not going to be deploying it for all to see but carrying it some distance in its discreet packaging. I would use a tennis racket bag but it will be awkward to carry it and the get home back backpack. So then I shift to a larger backpack.
 
Full disclosure, I was already looking at that bag because I'm also wanting a bag to tote the pistol, lol.
I'm thinking either the Hot Seal bag in coffee color or the Savior Coffin in OD.

My BIL has one and it is a great bag.

Yeah, I started down the rabbit hole at Amazon and found the Coffin. And they have it in OD, lol. The Covert is unavailable ATM in OD.

The plus for me is that either of the two pistols I slapped together will fit.

That is why I bought the bag I did. I have it packed with some good basics in case I need to GTFO of an area. It’s heavy, but that’s why I ruck every week.
 
Ukulele bag is rad!

Bought the 23/24...fits the folded M92 perfectly, and can easily fit two mags in the lower pocket, and some other stuff in the top. - Going to ask the wife to sew in some hook/loop to keep everything nice and secure.

Immediately ordered a 30" Ukulele bag for the AR pistol.

My one concern is the durability of the zippers...time will tell.

My coffin bag arrived yesterday: this is a very nice bag, but I think this bag's man card is a higher level than mine.
It's also a bit bigger than I expected. I sincerely doubt I could even use this bag to 50% of its potential.
I'll be putting this back in the mail to go back.
