Preparing toppings for Pizza.

So here is my newest blade of course it's an ESEE.

So I have been wanting homemade pizza for a few days now and decided after planting some more fruit and nut trees this evening I thought we would make some pizza.

I picked this up from @thrillhill tye other week and been waning to post a picture of it in action.

So here you go I will say I didn't have time to get a picture of the pizza as my wife and three children were ready to eat please except my apologies.

Not sure that is a veggie prep knife, but well done. I am thinking the Esee cleaver is in my future.

Not necessarily designed for that but it worked amazing. Actually worked very well rocking it on the tip up and down cutting veggies.

I've got one of those Alaskan skinner thingy's I bought on one of my trips up there. Good for some things, but not a cleaver.

I have a ulu knife too. I use it for mincing herbs more that for fileting fish.

Mine is the pork butt, briskett, chopping, slicing, do it all tool. I know they skin fish with them, but mind is dull as heck at this point. Guess that is another chore I have forgot!
