Pry bar

I saw some miniature pry bars while surfing the www interwebz, and thought I would try my hand at making one. turns out they aren't that hard to make. We'll see how useful it is.

How did you set the bend so it isn't weak?

I have a few mini prys, they're pretty neat.
Had one made but we didnt put her into production...STAMPY is what I called it.

Always cool seeing folks make their own, post more pics as you get it finished up etc

It's as finished as it's going to get for now. We'll see how useful it is. If it's something I am going to carry around (or at least leave in the truck, motorcycle, etc...) then I will make a few more, make adjustments, etc... I gave it to my brother to see if he snaps it "normal" use, has any suggestions for improvements, etc... We'll see.

Cool deal. What brand is your anvil? I've picked up a few recently myself.

It's from NC Tool, their Cavalry anvil.

I have two on the bench right now forged out to shape, but still need finish ground etc... I'll put some pictures up when they are done.

How did you set the bend so it isn't weak?

It's forged in while the piece is hot, doesn't weaken it at all.
