PSA orders

For all the positives, their customer service is atrocious. You can't call to get a customer service agent - the phone tree doesn't allow it. They recommend using Live Chat, but in my experience, the chat agent is rarely available. They don't answer emails. I have gotten them on Facebook Messenger, but they never resolved the issue.
Maybe things have changed recently, but a couple years ago I called PSA to arrange a return after getting the wrong product. Had to wait 15 mins or so but I got a live customer service rep and everything was resolved. Other than that one incident, I never had a problem getting what I ordered from PSA in a timely fashion. Although given the sheer volume of orders they process every day, a few of them are bound to get messed up, and it does suck if you're one of those.
 
There was a 10,470 difference in the two orders I placed within 24 hours the past week.
