Maybe things have changed recently, but a couple years ago I called PSA to arrange a return after getting the wrong product. Had to wait 15 mins or so but I got a live customer service rep and everything was resolved. Other than that one incident, I never had a problem getting what I ordered from PSA in a timely fashion. Although given the sheer volume of orders they process every day, a few of them are bound to get messed up, and it does suck if you're one of those.For all the positives, their customer service is atrocious. You can't call to get a customer service agent - the phone tree doesn't allow it. They recommend using Live Chat, but in my experience, the chat agent is rarely available. They don't answer emails. I have gotten them on Facebook Messenger, but they never resolved the issue.
