PSA screwed up my order

Interesting. I doubt they can take "returns" on ammo.
They'll take ammo back no problem if its a screw-up on behalf of them or the mfg. I had a bad batch of Ammo Inc. .300 blk that was popping primers it was so hot. They sent me a prepaid label to return the unused portion and refunded me for the full order.

Yeh thats my worry, unless they send me the Norma and let me keep the 12ga. The Norma is on clearance for like $7 a box. However this particular buckshot is on clearance for less than $4

PSA customer service for me has been terrific.

I also got 200 rounds of the Norma recently and it came very quickly, not screwed up.

Previous lot I got in December was US made, ones before that made in Hungary, most recent ones also Hungary.

US made has brass cases, not plated, but nice grade (like Sig stuff).
Hungarian is the gray case material, like they show in the pictures, really slick plated brass.
Projectiles identical. No discernible difference in feeding, etc.

ETA:
My experience has been hit-n-miss. First bout was handled well, in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.
Second go 'round was just dropped completely but it wasn't really any big deal. Kinda more of the same issue.
I've been mostly satisfied with the in house branded ammo I get from PSA and real happy with the performance.
Ya sure can't bitch too much about the price of the PSA branded ammo. šŸ˜Ž šŸ‘

Let's hope for the best. They repaired my AR15 with a stuck case at no cost to me.

If anyone gets tired of sending email/waiting on the phone for hours/no social media response, hit up Matt on reddit. He usually responds in minites

Well the initial reply took the full 3 days, basically said yeh the warehouse said they may have messed up, do you want to return and refund or return for the correct item. So I replied to that yesterday. They just sent me the link for a return label and rma # etc. But asked in the email to make sure I returned the 9mm Norma. So I just replied back to that email to say no im not sending back 9mm Norma. That's what I'm supposed to receive what I'm sending back is winchester 12ga 00buck. So someone somewhere is confused.
